Q. What is the minimum
age for rental:
A. Drivers must be aged between
19 and 75.
Q.How many drivers
are included:
A. Additional
drivers are included free.
Q.When are the
depots open:
A. Mon – Thu : 0900 – 1700
/ Fri : 0900 – 1600 /
Sat : 1000 - 1400
Pick up can take place any time during depot hours (at lease
half an hour prior to closing.)
Drop off must take place by 1200.

Q. Minimum rental:
A. 7
days is the minimum excluding June, July and August when it
is 14..
Q. Do I need to
leave a security deposit:
A. A €1000
deposit is required at time of collection.
Q. Can I bring my
pets:
A. No.
pets are allowed.
Q. Can I tow anything
or store things on the roof:
A. No. The Motorhomes are not
equipped for towing or for carrying things on the roof.
Q. Can I take the
Motorhome into Eastern Europe:
A. All European countries (as
well as Morocco and Turkey) are covered. Belarus is not.
Q. Are any one way
journeys allowed:
A. Yes. Pick up must be in Amsterdam,
with a minimum rental of 14 days.
Q. What kind of
insurance is provided:
A. Your
rental comes with Vehicle Insurance with an excess of €1000
+ tax per incident, in the event of damage dome to the vehicle.
You can reduce your excess by taking one of the following options:
Option 1 - CDW: Pay an additional €12
+ tax per day. (Max charge 60 days)
This reduces your excess to NIL, however you are not covered
for Overhead, Tires, Theft, and Windows. An excess of €1,000
per incident still occurs for these damages.
Option 2 - CDW Plus: Pay an additional €18
+ tax per day. (Max charge 60 days)
This reduces your excess to NIL including damage to Overhead,
Tires, Theft and Windows.
Exclusions: Insurance does not cover theft of the GPS, Radio
/ CD if the removable front if not presented upon return.
Frost damage, interior damage, your personal belongings, GPS
and negligence is not covered by any of the insurance options.
